Combine multiple internet connections into one by Connectify Dispatch

Ever asked yourself “My internet connection’s speed is too slow, what if I could combine two or three of my internet connections and increase my bandwidth speed?” While in theory it sounds as simple as connecting a number of small pipes with little discharges to get a bigger pipe with large discharge, a quick rundown through any of the related tech blogs and forums would open your eyes to how complex and crucifying it is to do such a thing. And it gets even more complex when you’re trying to combine different types of connections such as those from wired connections, Wi-Fi networks and 3G/4G mobile broadband etc…

To demonstrate their software, the engineers at Connectify decided to go on top of their office building and link up every public Wi-Fi network they could find along with the devices of their own. The final speed which they achieved was 85Mbps! You heard it right, an impressive 85Mbps.  All in all, they hooked up all of these networking cards: 7 USB Wi-Fi Cards, 1 USB 3G Modem, 1 4G Tethered Smartphone, 1 Ethernet connection. The results are impressive. Watch the video down below as the Connectify team joins 10 Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, and Ethernet connections simultaneously, for one super-fast connection.
